Two ways you can add your guest list:
- Write your guest’s name in the textbox. Separate names from the tables using a comma, format it as follows: "Elizabeth Benett, Table One."
- Upload an excel file. Use our template to make your guest list: Download excel template
Add meal choice
Add up to 5 icons for each guest. Choose icons which reflect their dietary needs, food allergies, meal preferences, and drink choices. You can add icons by clicking on a select icons dropdown field at the end of the table:

Color
Change the color of the guest's name, table number, and icons. Simply paste the HEX code of your desired color into the field or click on the colored box to access the color picker and explore a spectrum of vibrant hues.
Order your cards
Print
Our cards are printed on 250 gsm paper, ensuring a durable quality. Each card is scored, making folding effortless and ready for your special occasion.
Delivery
- Availability: Our delivery services are exclusively offered within the European Union.
- Turnaround: Your order will be dispatched within five days of purchase. Please note that all delivery times are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Free shipping: For all European Union countries.
